Wer ist hier der Boss?

Tony Micelli will seiner Tochter Sam ein besseres Leben bieten und zieht deshalb von Brooklyn nach Fairfield, Conn. Dort findet er eine ungewöhnliche Anstellung bei der Karrierefrau Angela Bower als Haushälter. Aus anfänglicher Skepsis entwickelt sich bald eine innige "Freundschaft", die am Ende doch noch zur großen Liebe wird.
